Val Fujii has made a name for himself in the fitness world and beyond, with a philosophy of changing lives through exercise and nutrition. He is a master of fitness performance motivation, and possesses a rare combination of deep exercise and nutrition knowledge and a terrific ability to communicate that will change your perspective on fitness and ultimately help you reach your own activity and lifestyle goals.

 

Val is a trainer, motivational speaker and fitness industry award winner who brings empathy and understanding to his charismatic whole body and mind fitness programs. Val is a Certified National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer (NASM PT) and a Performance Enhance Specialist (PES). As a certified Tennis Professional with the United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA), Val perfected his motivational techniques and inspired hundreds of clients to improve their game. He has worked extensively to raise awareness of the obesity challenges in his native Pacific Island of American Samoa by co-founding the virtual Pacific Health Club and through his work with world-renowned fitness personality Jillian Michaels from NBC's The Biggest Loser. Along with his fight against adult and childhood obesity, he has inspired many through his work with WEAVE (Women Escaping a Violent Environment). Fujii founded and runs SuperFit Camps which encompasses fitness programs of all levels for Men, Women and Kidz keeping fitness within the family.

WHAT TO EXPECT

INTAKE

After you pay for your session package, you'll receive an intake form to fill out. This form will help us get to know you better and understand your fitness history, goals, and any limitations you may have. We'll use this information to create a personalized training plan that's tailored to your needs.

2.
FIRST SESSION

Your first session with us will be a comprehensive assessment where we'll evaluate your current fitness level and discuss your goals in more detail. We'll also introduce you to our training style and techniques and answer any questions you may have.

3.
AFTER FIRST SESSION

Once your assessment is complete, we'll work with you to design a customized training program that's challenging, effective, and aligned with your fitness goals. You'll receive ongoing support and guidance from our experienced trainers throughout your training sessions, and we'll continually adjust your program to ensure you're making progress and staying motivated.

4.
ONGOING SESSIONS

As you progress through your training program, we'll monitor your performance and provide feedback and encouragement to help you achieve your goals. We'll also help you track your progress and celebrate your successes along the way.

After you've completed your personal training package, we'll provide you with ongoing support and guidance to help you maintain your progress and continue making gains. We'll also offer tips and strategies to help you stay motivated and committed to your fitness journey.
